1. Eligibility
The contest is open to all participants with a valid public account on Instagram and/or TikTok.

2. Entry Requirements

• Participants may use any mobile device or camera to record their Reel.

• Any software or editing tool may be used to create the content.

• Each participant must publish their Reel on their own Instagram or TikTok account (or both).

 

3. Posting Guidelines

• Participants must tag the official Machan Nights accounts:

  • Instagram: @machannights

  • TikTok: @machannights

• The hashtag #thisismachannights must be included in the caption.

4. Contest Duration

• The contest will run until 17th May.

• Winners will be selected and announced at the end of May.

 

5. Winner Selection

• Two winners will be selected:

  • One from Instagram

  • One from TikTok

 

6. Prize

• Each winner will receive a cash prize of AUD 500.

 

7. Judging Criteria
Entries will be evaluated based on:

• Creativity and originality of the Reel

• Overall engagement (likes, comments, and shares)

 

8. Rights & Discretion

• Machan Nights management reserves the right to select the winners at their sole discretion.

• All decisions made by the management will be final and binding.

9. Content Ownership & Licensing

By entering this contest and using the hashtag #thisIsmachannights, participants grant Machan Nights a perpetual license to repost and use the submitted video content for future marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across all digital platforms, regardless of whether they win the prize.

 

10. Authenticity of Engagement

Entries will be monitored for fraudulent activity. Any participant suspected of using automated bots, click farms, or paid services to artificially inflate likes, comments, or shares will be immediately disqualified at the sole discretion of the management.

 

11. Age Requirement

All participants must be 18 years of age or older. Machan Nights reserves the right to request proof of age before awarding any cash prizes.

 

12. Appropriate Content

Videos must align with the Machan Nights brand. Content containing excessive intoxication, illegal acts, violence, hate speech, or damage to venue property will be instantly disqualified.
